Pricing
What would NXTA cost your business?
Describe a normal month and see the bill. Every number comes from the published catalogue and the same rating engine that prices a real invoice - no sales call, no estimate dressed up as a quote.

Questions this raises
Why is this not per seat?
Employees are one meter among eleven, with a free monthly allowance. A shop that hires two more people on the floor pays for two more metered seats only above the allowance, and the people who never sign in cost nothing at all. Stock, orders, invoices and projects are metered separately, because those are the resources the business actually consumes.
Is the estimate the bill?
It is the bill for the footprint you described, at today's published allowance and rates, computed by the same function the monthly close uses. Your real bill follows what you actually record in the month, which is why the numbers can differ once you start using it.
What happens in the first year?
Nothing is invoiced. The workspace is fully active, the meters still count so you can see what it would cost, and the free year starts at your first sign-in, not at sign-up. The first invoice covers the first full month after the year ends.
Can I see every rate?
Yes - the full price list is generated from the same catalogue and published at /pricing, with every meter, its free allowance and its graduated bands.
We would like to measure how the public site is used, so we can improve it. This loads Google Analytics on marketing pages only — never inside a workspace. You can decline and still use the site.
