One workspace for a small manufacturer. Not a six-month project.
NXTA connects the back office a 10–250 person manufacturer actually runs: stock, purchasing, sales, the ledger, people and projects. Access is enforced on the server, every change is audited, and you pay for the units you record rather than for every hire.
Straight answer: production management — bills of material, work orders, lot genealogy and quality — is built but not part of the launch licence. This page sells what is licensed today. Ask us for the production release date before you plan around it.
What is licensed today
Six areas, one source of truth. Each is metered on the resource it stores, with a free monthly allowance.
Stock that finance agrees with
Items, levels, movements, reservations and average cost share one service. The warehouse figure and the costed figure are the same rows.
Purchasing with a paper trail
Requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and a three-way match that compares values, not screenshots.
A ledger you can correct
Journals, accounting periods, reversal and statements derived from journal lines. A closed month refuses a posting instead of losing it.
People and time
Accounts, roles, departments, attendance, shifts, leave and timesheets — including a pocket surface for the shop floor.
Access enforced by the server
Roles and capabilities are resolved on every request. A control a person cannot use is never sent to the browser, and every change is audited.
Production management — in build
Recipes, work orders, material issue, output, lot genealogy and quality are built but not part of the launch licence. Ask us for the release date.
The problems this actually fixes
- The stock count disagrees with the ledger, so nobody trusts either.
- A purchase order, the delivery note and the invoice are three documents in three places.
- Month-end is a reconciliation project, not a review.
- A terminated account can still sign in — and still counts as a seat.
- The only person who understands the spreadsheet is on holiday.
No seat minimum
Active employees are a meter with ten included free, not a licence you buy for the whole payroll. A 50-person manufacturer recording 1,050 punches, 300 stored items, eight projects and 400 tasks lands around $218 a month on the rates published 2026-10-17. A per-seat ERP at $25–$60 per user would charge $1,250–$3,000 for the same people before a single order.

- Does it do bills of material and work orders today?
- Production management is built and in final release work, but it is not part of the launch licence, so we will not sell it as available. The licensed core covers stock, purchasing, sales, finance, people and projects. Tell us what you make and we will give you a straight answer on timing.
- How long does implementation take?
- There is no consultant-led project. You request a workspace, we provision it, and you import items, suppliers and customers. A migration plan is scoped separately only if you need one.
- Can I keep my accountant?
- Yes. The platform keeps a real general ledger and exports it; your accountant reads the same books rather than a summary.
- What does it cost for 50 employees?

- Is my data isolated from other tenants?
- Every record is scoped to your company on every read and every write, and a by-id write also states the owner. Access is decided from your roles, not from the screen.
- Does it work on the shop floor?
- The pocket surface runs in a phone browser and installs to the home screen. Clocking a shift, ticking a task and receiving a production order are designed for a phone, not a desktop.
