For distributors
Purchasing, stock and margin in one place.
NXTA is one workspace for a 10–250 person distributor. A purchase order, a goods receipt, a stock movement, a sales order and the ledger entry are the same chain — not four systems reconciled at month-end.
The chain that replaces the reconciliation
Each step writes a movement and an audit record. Finance reads the same rows the warehouse worked from.
Buy
Raise a purchase order against a supplier and let it be approved before anything is committed. The PO is the document finance will match against.
Receive
Goods receipt moves quantity and average cost in the same transaction. A partial delivery is a partial receipt, not a guess.
Hold and pick
Stock levels, movements and reservations share one service, so the number the warehouse sees is the number sales can promise.
Ship and invoice
A sales order reserves stock and ships only when the funds or credit are real. Revenue posts to the ledger at shipment, with the A/R entry on the same document.
Read the margin
Stock value, cost of goods and the trial balance all describe the same month. No nightly export, because there is nothing to export.
What the month looks like
- Every open PO has a receipt status, so a supplier chase is a filter, not a phone-around.
- Stock value and cost of goods come from the same average cost the ledger uses.
- A customer credit check happens before a shipment, not after a bad debt.
- Three-way match compares the PO, the receipt and the invoice by value, not by eye.
- The trial balance is derived from journal lines, so a correction is a reversal — history is never edited.
Priced on what you hold and move
The stock meter counts items with stock on hand, not catalogue rows. A discontinued item with zero quantity stops counting. Purchasing and invoicing are metered per document, with a free monthly allowance on each.
A 50-person distributor recording 1,050 punches, 300 stored items and eight projects lands around $218 a month on the rates published 2026-10-17. A per-seat ERP at $25–$60 per user would charge $1,250–$3,000 for the same 50 people before a single order.
Illustrative only. The live price list is generated from the same catalogue the invoice is rated from.

- Do I have to replace my accountant’s tools?
- No. NXTA keeps a real general ledger, so your accountant reads the same books. If they work in another system, you can export the ledger rather than re-key it.
- How many SKUs can I hold?
- There is no hard limit. The first 250 stored items each month are included free; above that the meter is billed per item, and an item with no stock on hand stops counting.
- Can I run multiple warehouses?
- Stock is held per item and location. Multi-site distribution is supported; tell us your shape on the request form and we will confirm the fit before you commit.
- Does it handle back-orders and partial deliveries?
- Yes — a goods receipt can be partial, and a sales order can ship what is available. The remaining quantity stays open rather than being silently closed.
- What does it cost for 30 people and 800 SKUs?
- The live price list is public and shows every band. A 30-person distributor with 800 stored items and no project usage is roughly $100–$140 a month on today’s rates; the exact figure depends on punches, orders and projects. See the price list for the arithmetic.
- Can I try it before importing everything?
- Request a workspace, import a sample of items and suppliers, and run one purchase order end to end. That is the chain that matters.
